They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Block Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments.This is a key role within the business, requiring someone who is organised, confident, and passionate about property management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all blocks are efficiently managed, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in block management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle the administration of Section 20 Notices. Professional qualifications such as ARLA, IRPM, or RICS are advantageous but not essential.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential blocks and estatesAdministering Section 20 Notices and overseeing major worksLiaising with clients, leaseholders, and contractorsArranging repairs, maintenance, and regular inspectionsPreparing service charge budgets and financial reportsAttending AGMs and residents’ meetingsEnsuring compliance with relevant property management legislationMaintaining accurate records and general office administration What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential block management (essential)Knowledge of Section 20 procedures and leasehold legislationARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification (desirable)Strong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureConfident team player with a positive attitudeCommitment to professional development and ongoing training What's In It For You?
