The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced startup environment.What You'll Do:Lead Technical Sales ProcessesTake full ownership of the technical aspects of sales cycles, including deep understanding of customer requirements and matching the right solutionsConduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clientsDevelop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectivesTechnical Implementation & OnboardingLead complete technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systemsProvide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutionsProactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding processCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectationsContribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles2 years in fintech - Bonus!Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolutionTechnical Skills:Proven experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mappingStrong problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking approach to client challengesPersonal Qualities:Exceptional communication and presentation skills - ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersIndependence and proactivity - thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environmentCultural fit for our London office and fast-paced, creative startup atmosphereFluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
