Major Healthcare are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistants to cover shifts in Care Homes throughout Teesside.

Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents
Leading a team of healthcare assistants to ensure high standards of care are delivered
Administering medication, as prescribed, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
Maintaining individual care plans
Undertaking all aspects of personal care
Liaising with healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate documentation
We are looking for staff who have the following skills and experience:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
At least 12 months experience, working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in care homes within the UK
Confident administering medication
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to pay for a DBS)
Excellent communication skills
A genuine passion for providing high-quality person-centred care
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous
