We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Uxbridge. The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £19,000 - £21,000 OTE £30,000 - £35,000 Monday to Friday, every other Saturday Structured career progression plan Strong training programme Support with industry qualifications Great working culture On site parking Responsibilities: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills: Previous property experience not essential High level of customer service skills ideally with sales The desire to work well in a team Sales and target driven Ambitious and motivated with a winning mindset Good telephone manner Well presented Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is an independent Estate Agent, who offer a broad spectrum of property services including the sale, letting and management of residential property, as well as advice on the development and marketing of land and new homes.
