Parts Sales Manager required for Automotive parts factorlocated in Barry. The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is negotiable pending experience/current earnings. Workplace pension scheme.Various internal benefits available.Requirements:A previous working experience as a Parts Sales ManagerManaging the sourcing and supply of vehicle partsAchieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectivesMotivating and developing the Parts TeamStrong Interpersonal SkillsResponsibilities:Develop strong customer relationships with a focus on winning sales, increasing margins, and delivering excellent service within the branch.Lead a team of 3 (1 Sales Advisor and 2 Drivers) and drive business, and subsequently profit in the branchHandle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proactive engagement with customers.Collaborate with all areas of the branch to make sure customer requirements are fully met.Complete all callbacks promptly and efficiently.Work closely with internal teams across the business to build product knowledge and stay ahead of customer needs.Use business data effectively to identify opportunities across different customer groups and product categories.Working hours are 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pmIf you are interested in hearing more or wish to apply for this Parts Manager job, please send your CV to Harry Thaxton-Woodcock quoting the job reference number. © Perfect Placement UK Ltd – See our website for details
