Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Croydon.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and supportive lessons. Help manage behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment. Support pupils’ social and emotional development to help them reach their full potential. Requirements: Previous experience supporting SEN pupils in a school or similar setting. Patient, caring, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Why Join Protocol Education?
