These schools provide supportive and welcoming environments where pupils feel valued, encouraged, and understood.The Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated activities Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being Help pupils build confidence, independence, and resilience Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent support Offer encouragement and celebrate each child’s progress and achievements What We’re Looking For: Experience supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or similar needs) A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives Relevant qualifications or experience within education (desirable but not essential) Why Join Us?
