Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute asset management strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risk.Oversee leasing, capital expenditure, and refurbishment projects in collaboration with property managers and external advisors.Prepare and present detailed business plans, budgets, and performance reports to senior stakeholders and investors.Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for value creation and portfolio enhancement.Support acquisition and disposal processes, including due diligence and integration planning.Ensure compliance with local regulations and ESG standards.Candidate Profile:Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in real estate asset management, ideally within institutional or private equity environments.Strong understanding of European real estate markets and complex asset strategies.Proven track record in managing large-scale assets and delivering value-enhancing strategies.Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Argus is preferred.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
