Job Overview A full time position available in a secondary level general hospital in regional Victoria 150km from Melbourne, suitable for a consultant anaesthetist eligible for specialist AHPRA registration.HighlightsA general hospital which is the referral and trauma centre for the entire region from Woodend to southern NSW. It has 372 inpatient beds, 72 same day beds, 11 operating theatres, a regional cancer centre, an 80 bed integrated mental health facility, and a mother and baby unit. It provides emergency and elective services. Reporting to the Clinical Unit Head of Anaesthetics, the Staff Specialist Anaesthetist will deliver anaesthesia and related services across a broad range of interventional disciplines, excluding Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Transplant Surgery.
