Conveyancing ParalegalLocation: Central ManchesterSalary: DOEJob Type: Full-time, PermanentRemote Working: 2 days per week after probationI'm working exclusively with a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm in central Manchester that's looking to add a Conveyancing Paralegal to its growing residential property team.This firm offers a modern, commercial approach to conveyancing and is known for its quality of service and strong internal culture. You'll be joining a team that takes pride in doing things properly - no high-volume factory-style files here.The RoleYou'll be supporting the wider residential property team on a broad mix of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, remortgages, and more.Key responsibilities will include: Supporting fee earners in managing residential transactions from instruction through to post-completion Liaising with clients, agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors Drafting contracts, TR1s, and other standard conveyancing documentation Handling SDLT returns, AP1 applications, and Land Registry requisitions Conducting AML checks, verifying ID, and reviewing source of funds Managing administrative elements including opening and closing files, and updating case management systems Supporting with enquiries, title checks, and searches (dependent on experience) About YouThis role would suit a Conveyancing Paralegal with 12+ months' experience in a residential property team, looking to join a firm that values quality and long-term development.Requirements: A minimum of 1 year's experience in residential conveyancing Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Confident liaising with clients and third parties Strong attention to detail and time management skills Familiarity with conveyancing processes from instruction to completion Law degree or equivalent qualification is desirable What's on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Hybrid working - 2 days remote per week after probation Friendly, collaborative office culture Quality residential work in a non-volume, client-focused environment Genuine long-term development opportunities How to ApplyIf you're a Conveyancing Paralegal looking for a new challenge in a team that prioritises service over volume, I'd love to hear from you.
