What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils with physical, sensory, and communication needsAssisting with personal care and therapy-based activities (with full training provided)Helping to create engaging, sensory-based learning experiencesWorking alongside teachers, therapists, and medical staff to provide holistic careEncouraging independence and celebrating every achievement — big or small What We’re Looking For Experience in Health and Social Care, Care Support, or NursingEmpathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping othersA calm, positive presence and good sense of humourWillingness to provide personal care and follow individual care plansAn understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries If you’ve worked in care homes, residential settings, or support roles and want a rewarding change of environment — your experience is highly valued here.
