You’ll help deliver outstanding care, lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance. You will be required to have extensive knowledge of the following legislation: Children’s Act, Children’s Homes Regulations, OFSTED Regulations (REG 40, 44 & 45).Key ResponsibilitiesAssist all staff in day-to-day home management, providing leadership, identifying training needs and opportunities for professional growthImplement and adhere to all relevant legislation for Children’s Homes (Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Care Standards and the SCCIF), driving continuous improvement through knowledge share and education with the team.
