Conveyancing Assistant – Chesterfield (Full-Time, Office-Based)An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy, supportive residential property team based in Chesterfield.This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in conveyancing support who is looking to further develop their skills in a friendly and professional environment.What you’ll be doing: Preparing and drafting legal documents, including Contracts and TransfersRequesting and processing searchesReviewing and responding to sales enquiries with guidance as requiredAssisting with preparation of completion statementsHandling exchanges and completionsLiaising with clients, solicitors and other professionals to progress matters smoothly What we’re looking for: At least 12 months’ experience in a conveyancing support roleGood knowledge of conveyancing processes and proceduresStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, team-focused approach What’s on offer?
