RLR have the opportunity for you!As Assistant General Manager you will support the mobilisation of a brand-new asset in Manchester and lead the on-site team to provide exceptional service and bring this awesome development to the Manchester market.With more than 400 apartments and many exceptional amenities on-site there is massive potential and with the right leadership this will be a flagship property with a strong resident community at it’s core.Job Title: Assistant General ManagerLocation: ManchesterSalary: Up to £40,000 per annum + BonusRole OverviewThe Assistant General Manager will be responsible for daily management of staff, building relationships within the community, and with residents, fire safety, health and safety and overall administration. Operational Mobilisation – Supporting in the hiring, onboarding and ongoing management of staff members to create the onsite teamCustomer Services – Meet and interact with residents in a customer friendly and professional manner.Building Maintenance / Health & Safety – Ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are adhered toMarketing & Asset Performance – Understand and oversee the void unit process, ensuring minimum turnaround timeframes.
