The firm advises on high-profile mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and capital raisings, offering a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to senior bankers and prestigious clients. Role Overview This Associate role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of consumer sub-sectors including food & beverage, travel, pet care, and consumer health. The successful candidate will play a key role in transaction execution and client engagement, while contributing to sector coverage and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and support execution of sell-side M&A transactions in the Consumer space. Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence. Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including clients, legal advisors, and investors. Mentor junior team members and review analytical work. Stay informed on industry trends and client developments. Candidate Profile Required: 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity. Strong technical and analytical skills with proven deal execution experience. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated interest or experience in the Consumer sector.
