Social Worker - Neurodevelopmental (Autism/ADOS & ADI-R) - Fully Remote Location: UK-wide (Remote)Contract: Permanent | Full-time or Part-timeSalary: £60,000 - £62,000 per annum Package: Competitive benefits including generous annual leave, pension contribution, health and well-being support, and flexible remote working options About the Role We're seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a growing digital healthcare provider that delivers high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments and support to children, young people, and adults across the UK. Working remotely as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in autism assessments (ADOS/ADI-R) and help families better understand and navigate diagnoses. Key Responsibilities: Carry out social and developmental assessments as part of autism diagnostic pathways. Conduct structured interviews and observations using ADOS and/or ADI-R. Collaborate with clinicians, psychologists, and other professionals in multi-disciplinary team (MDT) discussions. Produce clear, accurate, and child-centred assessment reports. Provide post-assessment feedback and guidance to families where appropriate. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, clinical governance, and documentation compliance. Role Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with registration to Social Work England (SWE). ADOS and/or ADI-R trained with at least one year's experience in diagnostic assessments.
