Functional Assessor – Nurse, Physio, OT, or Paramedic (Hybrid – Harrow) Location: Harrow, London (Hybrid: 2 days from home, 3 days on-site)Salary: £41,250 per annumJob Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Looking for a better work-life balance while still making a difference? Join our client’s team in Harrow as a Functional Assessor, conducting PIP (Personal Independence Payment) assessments. This is a fantastic opportunity for registered healthcare professionals to apply their clinical knowledge in a non-treatment setting, with full training provided and no unsocial hours. Who Can Apply? We welcome applications from: Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD) – NMC registration required Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics – HCPC registration requiredMinimum 12 months post-registration experience required. What You’ll Do Conduct PIP assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face Write clear, evidence-based medical reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Work independently while supported by a clinical team Manage your schedule to meet quality and performance standards What to Expect On-Site Days (3/week): Team briefings, in-person assessments, report writing, and peer support Remote Days (2/week): Virtual assessments and report completion from home Why This Role?
