Role: Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Project Accountant to assist them for 5 months. You be will be responsible for following duties: Support billing activities by reviewing timesheets and ensuring hours are recorded accurately. Make sure all project costs are charged correctly to the appropriate projects. Work closely with Project Managers to help with forecasting and ensure financial information is up to date. Draft and prepare sales invoices based on approved project data. Maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of 5-6 projects. Monitor project budgets and flag any variances or issues for review. Assist with monthly reporting and project reconciliations. Help with project setup, maintenance, and close-out in the accounting system. Provide general support to the finance and project teams with ad hoc tasks as needed. Profile: The successful, temporary Project Accountant will be part qualified and ideally have experience within a similar project role. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client are a growing PR firm based in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Salary & Benefits: The temporary Project Accountant role will be paying circa £18 - £22 per hour, dependant on experience.
