Cover Supervisor / HLTA – Cambridgeshire Location: Cambridgeshire (various primary schools) Pay: £90–£125 per day Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term time only) Availability: Minimum 3 working days per weekWe’re expanding our team across Cambridgeshire and are on the lookout for experienced Cover Supervisors and HLTAs ready to make a difference in primary classrooms.You’ll deliver pre-set lessons, manage behaviour positively, and provide a consistent, supportive presence for pupils across different year groups.What we’re looking for: Proven experience covering whole classes in a primary setting Strong classroom and behaviour management strategies A genuine passion for education and supporting children A professional and reliable approach to every school day Requirements: Valid Right to Work in the UK Availability for at least 3 working days per week Reliable transport or a full UK driving licence A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) If you’re an adaptable educator who enjoys variety, flexibility, and making an impact, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today to join a friendly team and start supporting schools across Cambridgeshire.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
