Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Croydon Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to support students in a Croydon school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs, strong communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in education.Key Responsibilities: Support SEN students in classroom and one-to-one settings Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery Encourage and promote student engagement and participation Help monitor and report on student progress Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development Requirements: Previous experience as an SEN TA or working with children with additional needs Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (preferred but not essential) Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
