Working closely with the Branch Manager and wider sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving success and maintaining the company’s reputation for outstanding service and local expertise.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Supporting the Branch Manager with valuations, vendor care, and marketing activitiesManaging your own sales pipeline from instruction to completionDelivering exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellersWorking closely with colleagues and in-house financial advisors to maximise opportunitiesAchieving individual and branch sales targetsUpholding company standards of professionalism and integrityContributing to the continued growth and success of the branch What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven track record in residential property salesStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsIn-depth understanding of the sales and conveyancing processPositive, proactive approach with strong business acumenAbility to motivate yourself and others to achieve targetsFull UK driving licence (essential)Passion for property, people, and delivering excellence What's In It For You?
