The appointed Family Solicitor will be dealing with a privately funded family caseload consisting of financial remedy proceedings and other general family related matters including divorce, ancillary relief, separation agreements, children and cohabitation agreements.THE CANDIDATE:The successful Family Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with a diverse caseload of private family related matters. As the appointed Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for dealing with a privately funded caseload of matters including divorce, ancillary relief, separation agreements, children and cohabitation agreements.
