Production Operator - Night Shift Location: Deeside, North Wales Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM Salary: £26,000 per annum + 10% night shift allowance About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join our night shift team in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, well-established manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and efficiency are key. You'll play a key role in maintaining smooth production flow, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the wider team in achieving production targets. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Carry out regular quality checks to ensure products meet specification Support team leaders and other operators to achieve daily targets Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Accurately record production data and report any faults or downtime promptly About You We're looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Health & Safety conscious with strong attention to detail Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-moving production environment Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided What We Offer £26,000 per annum + 10% night shift allowance Four-night working week - enjoy long weekends every week!
