Software Engineer (SC & NPPV3)6 Month ContractFully RemoteRate: £500 - £600 per day (Inside IR35) Skills: C#.Net, XML / JSON API's, SC & NPPV3 Clearance We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a high-profile public sector project. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining software solutions in a secure environment, working closely with stakeholders to deliver robust, high-quality applications. This role requires active SC and NPPV3 clearance from day one. This is a fully remote UK based role. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET 6+ Work with XML/JSON APIs for integration and data exchange Develop and execute automated tests with MSTest Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements Ensure software is secure, scalable, and maintainable Essential Skills Strong commercial experience in C# In-depth knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET 6+ Proven experience working with XML/JSON APIs Proficiency with MSTest Background in requirements gathering and analysis Highly Beneficial Skills Docker Oracle SQL Postman Swagger Desirable Skills PowerShell scripting
