Multi Trader - Covering London Property Services - Social Housing -Reactive maintenance £21 - £23 per hour, your own vehicle is required but fuel will be covered On-going temporary contract Regen Solutions are currently looking for experienced Multi Trader's to carry out works for a Building Services Contractor in social and domestic properties. This position is an on-going self employed role for a well-established social housing maintenance contractor carrying out reactive repairs in social housing/council properties. Duties of the Multi Trader: Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling repairs. Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing. Must have own vehicle to use Experience of the Multi Trader: Must have social/domestic housing experience. A full UK driving license. Must have multiple trades.
