We are looking for a sub contractor to work at our Safran Nacelles site for a 3 month duration so you need to be available to start within the next 3 weeks and can work full time in Burnley, Lancs. Sponsorship of a visa will not be considered for this role, so please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK currently.The role will provide support to the R&T team to execute the R&T projects in relation to composite manufacturing, sheet metal and assembly technologies. The successful candidate will be an experienced Project Engineer and required to:Develop an understanding of the context of the projects and current challengesParticipate in defining a roadmap to address outstanding issuesBe able to present the development plan to the rest of the team and to experts for validationFacilitate the execution of the plan in a timely mannerHelp track progress and keep pushing to get things doneCommunicate to stakeholders and ensure relevant information is circulatedCapture decisions with minutes of meetingsReport writing - review and collate results, providing a summary of conclusions and key recommendationsClose actions once quality requirements have been metRequirementsStudied Engineering (preferably related to AutomationUnderstanding of Aerospace manufacturing and assembly processesGood communication skills - written and oralCuriosityStakeholder managementExcellent Project Management skills ProactiveProblem solverCatia V5 experienceBenefitsOnsite Cafe
