This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing both people and processes. You will play a key role in supporting HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and daily operational coordination across departments.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:Support end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job descriptions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with UK labor regulations.Coordinate performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and training sessions.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, handbooks, and internal procedures.Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR processes, benefits, and company policies.Operations:Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth internal workflow across teams.Coordinate with finance, legal, and project departments on documentation and compliance.Manage office and virtual operations logistics, including scheduling, reporting, and vendor coordination.Prepare internal reports, meeting notes, and presentations for management.Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and internal communication.Who You Are:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, operations, or administrative support.Strong understanding of HR practices, employment documentation, and compliance requirements.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workable, or similar).Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.Desired Skills:Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Experience in supporting international HR operations and remote teams.Interest in continuous learning, people management, and organizational development.What We Offer:Competitive fixed compensation package.Opportunity to work in an international and multicultural team.Exposure to both HR and business operations in a growing global organization.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Professional growth opportunities and continuous training.
