Typical roles include Estate Managers, Building Managers, Concierge and Security Guards.What you’ll be doing: Writing and posting engaging job adverts Sourcing, selecting and registering great candidates Screening CVs and arranging interviews Managing data entry and compliance via our ATS Providing constructive feedback to candidates Supporting the Recruitment Manager with day-to-day recruitment activityWhat we’re looking for: Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication A proactive, team-focused attitude Someone who’s ambitious, driven and hungry for successExperience working in recruitment would be a bonus, but some experience in an administrative or customer facing role would also be consideredWhat you’ll get in return: Salary up to £27,000 + commission for placements, leads and team bonuses (OTE £30k+) Clear progression opportunities within a growing business A friendly, supportive team culturecomprehensive benefits package including EAP, private medical and gym contributionsSocial environment with lots of networking opportunities The chance to make a real impact in people’s careersIf you’re ready to take your next step and build or develop a career in recruitment, we’d love to hear from you!
