Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Merton Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)About the Role: Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Merton. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have additional learning needs, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons Encourage student participation and promote a positive learning environment Support emotional, social, and academic development Requirements: Experience working with children with SEN (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (advantageous but not essential) Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)If you’re passionate about supporting students and making a meaningful difference in education, we’d love to hear from you!All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
