Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Sutton Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)About the Role: Protocol Education is looking for a motivated and caring Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to support students in a welcoming school based in Sutton. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping children with additional learning needs reach their full potential in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities: Support SEN students in both one-to-one and small group settings Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning Help monitor and report on student progress Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Relevant qualifications or SEN training (preferred but not essential) Pay Rate: £85 – £96 per day (as per Protocol Education)If you’re passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
