Teaching Assistant (SEN) – Coundon £24,570 – £25,935 per annum Full Time | 37.5 hours per week Step into a rewarding new chapter supporting young people with special educational needs! We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing educational setting in Coundon. You’ll work as part of a committed team who believe every child deserves the chance to thrive, no matter their background or challenges. About the Role In this role, you’ll support children and young people with complex needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). You’ll help create a positive learning environment that builds confidence, removes barriers, and inspires each learner to achieve their full potential. You’ll work with students from Year 1 to Year 13, offering tailored support both in the classroom and through a range of enriching activities.
