The Regional Manager is looking for an experienced Clinical Manager with a valid NMC PIN, either someone who has experience of managing a nursing home, or has a great deal of Deputy Management experience, a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CQC requirements.Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.To apply you must have;- Management qualification- RGN / RMN with valid PIN - Background in elderly / dementia care- Knowledge of CQC and standards- Good communication skillsFor more information or to apply please call Steph at Purosearch
