Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: West Midlands, Longbridge, West MidlandsJob Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to FridayPrimary Industry: ConstructionSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 Per annumBenefits: Car allowance / fuel allowance, private pension scheme & bonus schemeQualifications: Driving LicenceSkills: Commercial Construction, Quantity SurveyingAbout the Company: Are you looking to join a growing, forward-thinking construction company with real progression opportunities?We are working with a successful and expanding construction business that is looking to grow its Midlands team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company delivering high-quality commercial projects up to £5 million.Job Duties: Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labourManage and track project budgetsConduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide cost adviceNegotiate with suppliers and subcontractorsReview and analyse contract termsPrepare and submit financial reportsEnsure compliance with regulations and industry standards Required Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial construction projects up to £5 millionProven track record of managing project budgetsUK Driving License Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods and materialsExcellent numerical and analytical skillsEffective communication and negotiation abilitiesProficient in relevant software applications (Bluebeam experience is desired) Working Conditions: Office-based work with occasional travel to sites one a fortnight If you are interested in hearing more please apply for the position and Chloe will be in touch.
