Role: Mechanical Project Manager Location: South Birmingham Salary - £50k - £55k + car & pkg My client is a well-established M&E Contractor that offer a comprehensive service to their clients, from inception to completion of either pre-designed or D&B projects throughout the country. Sectors include education, leisure, commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare and they are looking for someone to join their successful team. As the successful Project Manager, you will need to be either based in or near Birmingham. You will be a self-motivated individual who must be able to interact with both clients, sub-contractors and suppliers and report to Directors. Ideally you would be qualified to ONC/HNC in building services, be familiar with AutoCAD and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience post qualification. The role would require design, estimating and subsequent managing of projects, from inception to completion. Full Driving License required as the projects can be anywhere within the UK.
