Among them is the new Head of Corporate, who joined from a Top 60 firm and is now building out the department with major backing.The Role:The firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its Richmond office, with the flexibility to work from Central London or from home.You'll work directly alongside the Head of Department on a strong pipeline of corporate matters, including: M&A Shareholder and investment agreements Company structuring Corporate governance Disputes arising from transactional issues Why This Role?
