We’re looking for nurturing and proactive Early Childhood Learning Assistants to support nursery and Reception-aged children in schools and early years settings across Southwark.You’ll help little learners settle, explore, and thrive—whether that’s guiding play, supporting early phonics, or offering a calm voice when big emotions take over.
