The Successful Candidate Will: Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential.A compassionate, empathetic, and resilient approach.Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with individuals.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
