As part of a nurturing and innovative team, your responsibilities will include: Teaching and supporting students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to individual learning needs.Setting, marking and providing constructive feedback on assignments, homework, and assessments.Supporting pupils in gaining a strong command of spoken and written English, enabling them to communicate confidently and effectively. Ideal Candidate: We are seeking someone who is: Passionate about working with students with SEND.Experienced – ideally with at least 2 years in a SEND environment or similar provision.Qualified – QTS/QTLS is essential.Committed to creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
