Location: Ealing & Surrounding Areas (West London) Salary: £190 – £250 per day (based on experience) Start Date: November 2025 Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temp-to-Perm Are you passionate about making a real difference in young lives? Do you thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment where every day is an opportunity to inspire?We’re on the lookout for compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Secondary SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across West London schools — including Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Harrow, and Brent. Your Role Will Include: Providing 1:1 and group support to SEN students inside and outside the classroom Helping deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Supporting students’ emotional well-being, social development, and independence Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment Liaising with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to monitor and celebrate progress ✅ What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with SEN students in a secondary school setting Knowledge of SEN strategies (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, etc.) Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills A team player who can also take initiative Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ) are a plus – but not essential A genuine passion for inclusion, diversity, and student support Why Join Teaching Personnel?
