Senior Technician (Treaty TA) Location: London A leading insurance brokerage is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician (Treaty TA) to join their Technical Services team. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients and underwriters, supporting treaty account processing, claims administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Process proportional treaty accounts and premium adjustments Handle excess of loss claims and reinstatements from first advice to closure Produce and review documentation for accuracy and completeness Manage premium transactions using Trace ISYS OpenTWINS Monitor credit control and support reconciliation with Finance Maintain audit-ready files and produce management reports Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in the insurance market (broker, underwriter, or bureau) Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) Cert CII or equivalent technical insurance experience Excellent communication and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of FCA regulations and financial crime prevention Whats on Offer: A collaborative and professional working environment Exposure to international markets and complex treaty arrangements Opportunities for professional development and training
