The Role: Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and differentiated lessons for a Year 2 class. Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Provide a nurturing approach that supports pupils' academic, social, and emotional growth. Work closely with support staff and parents to ensure every child thrives. ✅ What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent teaching experience in a UK primary school. Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to make learning fun and meaningful. A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
