We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join our client’s busy warehouse team. This role involves a combination of forklift operation and general warehouse duties.Key responsibilities include:Loading and unloading vehiclesPicking and packing ordersOperating a forklift safely and efficientlyAssisting with warehouse organisation and stock rotationHandling breakdowns or issues with equipment in line with proceduresWorking closely with the warehouse team to meet deadlinesRequirementsValid forklift licence (Counterbalance or Reach, depending on role requirements)Previous experience in a warehouse or forklift driver roleAbility to work both day and night shiftsGood communication and teamwork skillsAwareness of health and safety procedures in a warehouse environmentReliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced settingBenefitsStandard pay rate is £12.21 per hour for both days and nights after 12 weeks, pay rate is £14/hour and overtime will be paid at 17£ per hourFlexible shift pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 offOpportunity to work within a well-organised warehouse teamOngoing support from the Elliot Scott Group recruitment team
