Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payment services for suppliers and staff. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, ensuring compliance and efficiency across our processes while supporting the wider business.What you'll be doing:Processing supplier invoices and credit notes within Oracle, ensuring accuracy and complianceManaging supplier setups and amendments for UK and international entities following strict proceduresRunning and analysing reports using Hubble to monitor invoices and expense claimsEnsuring daily payment runs and international transfers are completed accurately and on timeReviewing and approving staff expense claims in line with policy and resolving discrepanciesHandling internal and external queries promptly and professionally via email and phoneMaintaining up-to-date documentation and procedure notes for all Accounts Payable processesSupporting ad-hoc projects and audits as required by the Cash Management & Accounts Payable Manager
