You would be based in our London office and likely spend your time with colleagues and client teams based across London and the South-East region. The only boundary is your imagination.Project Directors at Turner & Townsend:Project Directors at Turner & Townsend work on business initiatives and lead delivery, at all lifecycle stages, on a broad range of projects and programmes across public and private sectors including Aviation, Highways, Rail, Environment, Utilities, and more. We are looking for individuals with the following skills, experience, and behavioural attributes:Significant experience managing multiple disciplines / teams / advisors / clients on high value / complex / politically challenging infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients. Proven and demonstrable success, and able to challenge / set strategy.Exceptional leadership skills, capable of setting high standards and managing performance against these, utilising people and resources efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. Demonstrable success in ambiguous and challenging environments.Leads, sets commission strategies, and is accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility. Has a practical understanding of CDM and is able to apply this appropriately across teams. Can and has acted as duty holder.Shape the future vision and direction of the business and commissions, driving innovation and sustainability in parallel. Demonstrate your intimate understanding of stakeholder and business needs through early identification of future needs and challenges and set in motion strategies to address these.You continuously improve and transform our offering, pushing your comfort zone and encouraging your leaders to do the same.
