We're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to help us deliver outstanding, person-centred care across our Blackburn services. What You'll Be Doing: As a Senior Support Worker, you'll take the lead in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live independently, thrive in their communities, and reach their full potential. Lead on daily support across homes and community settings Champion person-centred planning and promote independence Support and coach other team members Ensure medication, personal care, and all support is delivered with respect and dignity Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionals Attend meetings, complete documentation, and contribute to service development Support with day-to-day activities: education, employment, hobbies, health appointments, and more ✅ What We're Looking For: A UK driving licence (Essential - travel between services required) 1+ year of leadership experience in social care A passion for empowering people and promoting independence Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and grow - we'll support your professional development!
