About the Role This rewarding position will see you working in a Year 7 class with a range of ALN, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ADHD and attention difficulties Anxiety and emotional regulation challenges A pupil who uses a wheelchair and requires mobility support You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide tailored, one-to-one and small-group support, adapting resources, assisting with sensory and communication needs, and helping pupils build confidence during their transition into secondary school life.The school is modern, well-resourced, and offers excellent support for new staff. It’s conveniently located with great transport links from Cardiff and surrounding areas, and easily reached via the A48 or M4 for those commuting by car.
