Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports academic, social, and emotional development. Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure personalised learning plans are met. Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, adapting strategies to best support their individual needs. Foster independence, confidence, and engagement in learning. Person specification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with SEN in a Primary setting. Strong knowledge of strategies to support pupils with ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD or other additional needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A nurturing, patient and adaptable approach to teaching. A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Why join us?
