Senior Showroom Manager Location: Hackney, London (Office-based) Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am–6pm) + occasional Saturdays Salary: 35,000k – 37,000k Start Date: ASAP Is this the role for you? Our client, a respected and growing domestic appliance retailer, is looking for a hands-on Senior Showroom Manager to lead their showroom and oversee their website operations. This is a customer-facing leadership role where you’ll drive sales, manage a small team and ensure a seamless in-store and online experience. What you will do? Lead daily showroom operations and team performanceDeliver exceptional customer service and expert product adviceManage merchandising, stock, suppliers and installationsDrive sales and support promotional activityOversee website content, product listings and performanceAlign showroom and online strategiesAnalyse sales data and report to management What you’ll bring?
