Academic Registrar (Examinations Officer & Data Administrator) Full-time, Term Time + Additional Weeks | Location: Hammersmith and Fulham | Start Date: As soon as possible We are seeking an organised, professional, and proactive Academic Registrar to join our school community in Hammersmith and Fulham. This is a key administrative role, responsible for the smooth coordination of internal and external examinations and the efficient management of student data. As School Examinations Officer, you will lead the planning, organisation, and delivery of all public and internal assessments, ensuring compliance with examination board regulations. You will liaise confidently with staff, students, parents, and external organisations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. A calm demeanour, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines are essential. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing the school's Management Information System (Arbor), supporting staff with data analysis and reporting. Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, Word, and online data systems, is required, and training will be provided where needed. Why Join Us? Requirements Proven experience in administration, data management, or examinations coordination (school experience desirable). Strong technical and analytical skills with confidence in databases and spreadsheets. Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills. Ability to work calmly under pressure, maintaining discretion and accuracy.
