Our Front of House are the face of the brand at the club level. Working in one of our clubs you will provide 10* customer service at all times. Whether selling a membership to a new customer, supporting an existing member with any queries or fulfilling shake orders or retail purchases. The 1Rebel Front of House always show excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a team environment.What we’re looking for: Versatility: Working in a fast paced environment Stage Presence: Be the welcoming smile customers look forward to seeing when they enter the club; providing 10* customer service to new and returning customers & supporting on all enquiries Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive customer experience Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team, learning everything there is to know about the club + its customers Communication: Communicate with teams + manager to effectively manage your time, with a co-operative attitude towards in-club teams, trainers, head office + customers Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a professional attitude and experienceAs a Front of House, no day will look the same, but you can expect to be undertaking the following responsibilities:Greet & check-in every customer to their classConduct club tours for prospective members & proactively sell memberships or promotionsOpening + Closing clubs with an understanding of how to reconcile daily takings in club Deal with any customer queries in a timely and precise manner, escalating when appropriateEnsure all club daily documents and tasks are completed and maintainedSell and make high quality protein shakes, handling pre-ordered shakes and shakes purchased on the groundSell and promote retail Maintain clean, safe, functional club areas, including the changing rooms, wet areas, water station, bar area, club, retail and receptionReady to jump in for last minute cover RequirementsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDemonstrate outstanding Customer Service skills Maintain professional behaviour working effectively as a team player Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to show empathy and keep calm Proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritise work in fast-paced environmentsCooperative attitude towards the in-club team, trainers, head office and any contractors working on site A passion for fitness and enjoyment of the club environmentBenefitsWorking in a fun, energetic, gym environmentUnlimited access to 1Rebel classes Regular team socials Opportunity to gain gym experience and become a 1Rebel trainerDiscount on merchandise
